Ways to register:

1.) Click to fill out the form online and pay online by going to this url.

2.) Send the form and payment to the school office.

3.) Find the red tent at the Maxwell Farmer's Market this Sunday.

4.) Find Lauryn at the concession stand at this Friday at the football game. She will have extra registration forms.  

5.) You can complete the PDF form below and email to lbmyers13@gmail.com. You pay with PayPal by clicking this PayPal Button .

Start ➡️ Maxwell's Market in the Park (Army Post Road) thru Heart of Iowa Nature Trail ➡️ Finish at the Market! 

 

🔵 Every single penny raised will be donated to the Collins-Maxwell Athletic Boosters to assist in the purchase of the Hudl Program. 

 

🔵 Registration must be completed by this Sunday's Market to guarantee your t-shirt. Your registration fee of $20 is due at the time of registration.

 

🔵 Find the red Market tent for your registration forms!! 

 

🔵 Can't make the Market? You can also find registration forms this Friday night at the varsity football game. Find Lauryn in the concession stand! OR SEND US A MESSAGE! We can email you a form.
